Leverett Cerdan vs Platt Fonck

Boxing Daily Report from the Ivory Legends promoted show at Ivory Gym, Bouake,  taking place on 18/04/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Leverett Cerdan (0 - 0) who hails from Abidjan, Ivory Coast and Platt Fonck(6 - 11(1) - 3) from Abidjan, Ivory Coast.  Both Cerdan and Fonck weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Seymour Herard, and the three ringside judges are Corbin Pique, Ouida Lafon and Tenenan Villon.  

Round 1: 

Cerdan finds the target with a jab.

Cerdan is on target with a sharp left hook to Fonck's body.  
Cerdan is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Cerdan connects with a firm left hook.  
Cerdan drives a solid left hook into his opponents ribs.  
Cerdan gets on the inside.  Fonck throws a right hook, but Cerdan holds on to his opponent.  Cerdan is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Cerdan about fouling.  
Cerdan advances into close range and connects with a right hook.  
Fonck throws a left uppercut, but Cerdan ties up his opponent.  Cerdan throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Cerdan.

Cerdan pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.
