Venacio Cruz vs Diego Cuevas

Boxing Daily Report from the Capital Box promoted show at Madrid Pompa, Madrid,  taking place on 06/05/2043:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Spain-Comunidad de Madrid Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Marca TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Venacio Cruz (16(11) - 0) who hails from Madrid, Spain and Diego Cuevas(16 - 8 - 8) from Madrid, Spain.  Cruz weighed in at 135 pounds, while Cuevas weighed in at 134 pounds And 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Reynaldo Rodriquez, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Leiva, Vicente Rolan and Urvano Orozco.  

Round 1:

You can sense the frustration from Cuevas now.   He throws a low uppercut...that landed south of the border! The ref takes no action over the foul, despite complaints from Cruz.

You can sense Cuevas is getting frustrated in there.   He turns Cruz and throws an uppercut into his opponents groin area!  The ref halts the action and sends Cruz to the neutral corner.    He tells Cuevas to clean up his game.  The ref's patience seems to be wearing thin.
