Boxing Daily Report from the Smokin Joe promoted show at Qualcomm Stadium, San Diego,  taking place on 04/07/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are John Lights Out Blair (81(75) - 5(3)) who hails from Oakland, USA and Sean Okello(28(12) - 12(4) - 1) from Kampala, Uganda.  Both Blair and Okello weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ashley Nesmith, and the three ringside judges are Glynn Flockhart, Oliver Williston and Davie Home.  

Round 1: 

Okello gets on the inside.  Blair is on target with a sharp left hook to Okello's liver.

Okello gets on the inside.  Blair wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Okello dabs at his face checking for damage.

Okello steps inside.  Blair throws a left uppercut, but the shot is blocked.  Blair clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Blair pushes his forearm into Okello's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Blair switches the action to the outside.  Okello lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Okello steps inside and is on target with a left hook.  
Blair steps away from his opponent.  Blair feints a right hook, and then lands a powerful cross.  IT LOOKS LIKE OKELLO WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Blair senses Okello is in trouble...he is looking to finish him off!  Blair lands a right uppercut, cross and a left hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a left uppercut, right hook and a left hook to his opponents head.  Okello now seems to have got his legs back.  
Blair finds the target with a jab.  
Blair tries to land a jab, but Okello slips the shot and counters with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Okello advances into close range and forces Blair to retreat onto the ropes.  Okello throws a right hook, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Blair ties up his opponent.  Okello is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Okello to stop fouling.  
Okello is on target with a solid right uppercut to Blair's ribcage.  
Blair drives a sharp left uppercut into Okello's liver.  
Okello is on target with a left hook to Blair's body.  
Okello throws a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a SAVAGE right uppercut.  OKELLO HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  HE UNSTEADILY TRIES TO GET UP BUT IS UNABLE TO BEAT THE 10 COUNT!  The winner by KO is Blair!
