Hideki Hirata vs Jeong-hyeop Do

Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at Wukesong Arena, Beijing,  taking place on 31/05/2043:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Asia-Oceania Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Hideki Hirata (19(12) - 0) who hails from Higashiosaka, Japan and Jeong-hyeop J-Hope Do(34(20) - 15(10)) from Anyang, South Korea.  Both Hirata and Do weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Deshi Tak, and the three ringside judges are Dewei Manh, Jiang Shiau and Sun Auyoung.  

Round 1: 

Hirata is looking to close the distance and connects with a stinging left hook.  Hirata tries to land a right uppercut, but Do sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Hirata digs in a right hook to Do's body.  
Hirata steps inside and is on target with a sharp left uppercut.  
Hirata gets on the inside.  Do tries to land a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a solid left uppercut.  
Do is on target with a jab.  
Do connects with a left uppercut.  Do throws a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a cross.  
Do tries to land a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a solid left uppercut.  
Do is on target with a left hook to Hirata's body.  
Hirata connects with a sharp left hook.

Do finds the target with a hard jab.  Do tries to land a cross, but Hirata sidesteps and counters with a spiteful right uppercut.  IT LOOKS LIKE DO WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Do advances into close range.  Do could be stopped here, if Hirata can find the right shot!  Hirata lands a cross, left hook and a right hook to his opponents head, AND DROPS DO!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 7.  
Hirata connects with a FEARSOME right uppercut.  DO IS DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  Do now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Hirata tries to land a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Hirata throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Hirata drives a solid right hook into Do's body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Do's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Do's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Hirata pivots to the side of his opponent and drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Hirata lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Hirata lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Do dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Hirata is on target with a weighty left uppercut to his opponents liver.  DO WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Do quickly recovers.
