John Budge vs Oceanus Hysi

Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at The Theatre at Resorts World Las Vegas, Las Vegas,  taking place on 09/05/2043:

Clearly Showtime Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the WRBO Intercontinental Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ESPN, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are John Budge (39(27) - 3(2)) who hails from Tucson, USA and Oceanus Hysi(20(1) - 11(7) - 1(NC)) from Tirana, Albania.  Both Budge and Hysi weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ian Levingston, and the three ringside judges are Ellis Slight, Dale Cloyd and Mark Hasson.
