Albain Konare vs Ives Vanier

Boxing Daily Report from the Danquah Promotions promoted show at Sid Laude Gym, Pikine,  taking place on 11/05/2043:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Senegal-Dakar Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Albain Konare (4 - 5 - 2) who hails from Dakar, Senegal and Ives Vanier(13(3) - 2(2)) from Dakar, Senegal.  Both Konare and Vanier weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Royal Ankah, and the three ringside judges are Rush de Brosse, Montrell Noury and Mallory Saheli.  

Round 1: 

Konare is looking to close the distance.  Vanier pivots to the side of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.
