Alfonso Boljoon vs Amon Siggaoat

Boxing Daily Report from the Kamao Promotions promoted show at Cebu City Linares, Cebu City,  taking place on 14/05/2043:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Philippines-Cebu Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IBC, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alfonso Boljoon (7 - 4 - 3) who hails from Lapu-Lapu, Philippines and Amon Siggaoat(5 - 6 - 3) from Mandaue, Philippines.  Both Boljoon and Siggaoat weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sam Panay, and the three ringside judges are Malvolio Monterrosa, Alen Macadangdang and Porfio Larez.  

Round 1: 

Siggaoat manouvers Boljoon into a corner.  Boljoon lands a left hook.

The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Siggaoat dabs at his face checking for damage.  Siggaoat has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.  
Siggaoat pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left uppercut.
