Daniel Briar vs Nick Lundy

Boxing Daily Report from the hard hitting promotions promoted show at Vince Templeton Gym, Nassau,  taking place on 18/05/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Bahamas-New Providence Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Daniel Briar (2 - 4(2) - 1) who hails from Nassau, Bahamas and Nick Lundy(4(2) - 0) from Nassau, Bahamas.  Both Briar and Lundy weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Michael Days, and the three ringside judges are Mel Addie, Kai Haile and Lucas Beath.  

Round 1: 

Briar tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a firm cross.  
Briar steps away from his opponent and throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Lundy gets on the inside and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Lundy forces Briar to retreat into the corner.  Lundy connects with a firm left hook.  
Briar steps to the outside and is on target with a cross.  
Lundy closes the distance.  Lundy sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Briar throws a left hook, but Lundy ties up his opponent.  Briar leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Lundy pushes his forearm into Briar's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Lundy to stop fouling.  
Lundy steps inside and is on target with a left uppercut.  Lundy clinches his opponent.  Lundy leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Lundy drives a right hook into his opponents ribs.

Lundy manouvers Briar onto the ropes.  Lundy pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right uppercut to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a right hook to the head.

Frustration is reaching boiling point for Briar now.   He steps inside, but then strikes Lundy with a blatant low blow!  The ref tells Briar to keep his punches above the belt.  He gives Lundy time to recover.

Lundy gets on the inside.  Briar is starting to lose his head here!   He steps in close and strikes his opponent with a blatant headbutt!  The ref halts the action and sends Lundy to the neutral corner.    He tells Briar to stop fouling or face a points deduction.
