Nathan Mewies vs Ian Mullen

Boxing Daily Report from the Gjorgi promoted show at Turton Sports Centre, Bolton,  taking place on 18/05/2043:

Clearly Gjorgi have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British-Northern England Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nathan Mewies (1 - 7 - 3) who hails from Sunderland, UK and Ian Mullen(4(4) - 1) from Bolton, UK.  Both Mewies and Mullen weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Felix Markey, and the three ringside judges are Robert Couper, Floyd Borowiak and Dale Watkins.  

Round 1: 

Mullen lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  Mullen clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Mullen pushes his forearm into Mewies's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.
