Corey McFarland vs Hayden Strachan

Boxing Daily Report from the Western Promotions promoted show at Duncan Walters Gym, Melbourne,  taking place on 18/05/2043:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia-Victoria Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Corey McFarland (9 - 7(3) - 1) who hails from Melbourne, Australia and Hayden Strachan(7 - 22 - 5) from Melbourne, Australia.  McFarland weighed in at 199 pounds And 14 ounces, while Strachan weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Clint Crary, and the three ringside judges are Mark Stein, Alec Saghatelian and Ricky Barfoot.  

Round 1: 

McFarland finds the target with a jab.  
McFarland sidesteps to the left of his opponent and hits home with a right hook.
