Greg Abram vs Malcolm Kindrick

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at UIC Pavilion, Chicago,  taking place on 05/06/2043:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Greg Abram (11(9) - 0) who hails from Minneapolis, USA and Malcolm Kindrick(1 - 1(1)) from Bridgeport, USA.  Both Abram and Kindrick weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rob Dockter, and the three ringside judges are David Ridall, Dave Filipski and Hugh Riach.  

Round 1: 

Abram is looking to close the distance.  Kindrick throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Abram is on target with a left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Abram advances into close range.  Kindrick is on target with a stinging right hook.  Abram holds on to his opponent.  Abram pushes his forearm into Kindrick's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Abram about fouling.  
Abram lands a right uppercut to the head followed by two left hook's to the body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Abram thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Kindrick away.  Abram lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body, KNOCKING KINDRICK DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  Kindrick now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Abram manouvers his opponent into the blue corner.  Abram lands consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Abram ties up his opponent.  Abram leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  Kindrick almost instantly recovers. 
Kindrick throws a left uppercut, but Abram holds on to his opponent.  Abram leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. As they grapple, Kindrick pushes his forearm into Abram's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Abram is looking to close the distance.  Abram pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Abram sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a right uppercut to Kindrick's ribcage.  
Kindrick is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a spiteful jab.  
Abram closes the distance.  Kindrick lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Abram drives a right hook into his opponents body.  
Kindrick tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a weighty right hook to his opponents ribcage.  KINDRICK IS HURT!  
Abram advances into close range.  Abram pivots from in front of his opponent.  Abram lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  Abram ties up his opponent.  Kindrick is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Kindrick about fouling.  Kindrick now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Abram lands a jab to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Abram is looking to close the distance and drives a sharp right hook into Kindrick's ribs.  Abram holds on to his opponent.  Abram leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Abram's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Kindrick quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Abram hits home with a left hook.  
Abram hits home with a cross.  
Abram is on target with a firm cross.  
Kindrick lands a hard jab.  Kindrick attempts to land a right hook, but Abram slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Kindrick pivots from in front of his opponent.  Abram lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents body.  
Abram walks Kindrick onto the ropes.  Abram drives a right hook into his opponents body.  
Kindrick pivots from in front of his opponent and strikes his opponents body with a cross.  
Kindrick tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Abram is looking to close the distance and is on target with a firm left hook to his opponents body.  
Abram lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Abram attempts to land a left hook, but Kindrick blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  Kindrick recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Kindrick's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Round 2: 

Abram drives a stinging left uppercut into his opponents liver.  
Abram lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Abram cuts off the ring, trapping Kindrick on the ropes.  Abram lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND SENDS KINDRICK TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 5.  
Some sustained pressure from Abram could be enough to finish Kindrick!  Abram lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND DROPS KINDRICK TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 8.  
Abram drives a forceful left uppercut into his opponents body.  KINDRICK IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  It looks like Kindrick has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Abram quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Kindrick throws a left hook, but Abram ties up his opponent.  Abram leans on his opponent using all his weight. Abram hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Abram is on target with a left hook to Kindrick's body.  
Kindrick is on target with a right uppercut.  
Abram manouvers Kindrick into the corner.  Abram drives a telling right hook into Kindrick's ribs.  KINDRICK IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 5.  
Kindrick lands a jab to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Abram gets on the inside and lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents body.  
Kindrick pivots to the right of his opponent.  Abram lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Abram lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Kindrick recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Abram steps inside and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Abram digs in a sharp right uppercut to Kindrick's ribs.  
Abram lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs, AND DOWN GOES KINDRICK!  The ref does not give Kindrick the chance to beat the count...The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Abram!
