Boxing Daily Report from the AI Italy-Liguria promoted show at Genoa Menia, Genoa,  taking place on 28/05/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Italy-Liguria Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Arturo Tomeo (3 - 11 - 1) who hails from Genoa, Italy and Silvestro De Vita(4 - 9 - 1) from La Spezia, Italy.  Tomeo weighed in at 216 pounds And 11 ounces, while De Vita weighed in at 239 pounds And 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Fausto Bordiga, and the three ringside judges are Carlo Di Giorgio, Giorgio Malgieri and Pepe Beccalossi.

Tomeo gets on the inside.  De Vita attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref ignores Tomeo's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
De Vita is on target with a left hook.  De Vita wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Tomeo dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Tomeo switches the action to the outside and lands a cross.  
De Vita pivots to the right of his opponent.  Tomeo attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref ignores De Vita's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Tomeo gets on the inside and is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribs.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Tomeo's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  De Vita's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.

Tomeo attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref stops the action and gives De Vita time to recover.
