Kenzie Lanza vs Ricky Pearce

Boxing Daily Report from the Smokin Joe promoted show at Qualcomm Stadium, San Diego,  taking place on 16/05/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Razor Kenzie Lanza (1(1) - 0) who hails from Los Angeles, USA and Ricky Pearce(6 - 8(3) - 1) from Los Angeles, USA.  Lanza weighed in at 115 pounds, while Pearce weighed in at 114 pounds And 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Lewis Suttie, and the three ringside judges are Adam Moreno, Dave Markle and Lee Copland.  

Round 1: 

Lanza gets on the inside.  Lanza pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  He then lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Lanza is on target with a left hook to Pearce's body.  
Lanza manouvers his opponent into the corner.  Lanza pivots to the right of his opponent and is on target with a right hook.  
Lanza pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a right hook to the head.  
Lanza lands a right uppercut to the head, a left hook to the body and a right uppercut to the body.  
Lanza closes the distance and manouvers his opponent into a neutral corner.  Lanza quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Lanza pivots to the side of his opponent and is on target with a solid right uppercut.  
Lanza steps inside and SLAMS a big right uppercut into his opponents face.  IT LOOKS LIKE PEARCE WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Lanza ties up his opponent.  Lanza uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Pearce behind the head. Pearce recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Lanza pivots to the right of his opponent.  Lanza lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  Lanza clinches his opponent.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Lanza gets on the inside.  Lanza pivots to the side of his opponent and connects with a firm right hook.  
Lanza is looking to keep his distance and lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Lanza connects with a firm cross.  
Lanza steps inside.  Lanza pivots to the right of his opponent and is on target with a left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Lanza pivots to the side of his opponent and is on target with a solid right hook to his opponents body.  
Lanza gets on the inside and lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.

Lanza pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right uppercut to the head, a right hook to the body and a left uppercut to the head.  
Lanza lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  Lanza ties up his opponent.  Lanza is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Lanza hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Lanza walks Pearce down, trapping him in a corner.  Lanza pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Lanza hits home with a sharp right uppercut.  
Lanza sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Pearce throws a left hook, but Lanza clinches his opponent.  Lanza is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Lanza pivots from in front of his opponent and drives a left uppercut into Pearce's body.

Lanza gets on the inside.  Lanza pivots to the side of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.  
Lanza snaps his opponents head back with a hard jab.  
Lanza pivots to the right of his opponent and hits home with a firm right hook.  
Lanza is looking to keep his distance and is on target with a cross.  
Pearce is looking to close the distance.  Lanza digs in a solid right hook to his opponents body.  
Lanza lands a firm left hook.  
Lanza drives a solid left hook into his opponents body.  
Lanza steps inside.  Lanza steps back and leans on the ropes with his guard up.  Pearce steps in throwing power shots but is unable to land cleanly.  Pearce hits home with a left uppercut.  Lanza clinches his opponent.  Lanza throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Lanza about fouling.  
Lanza is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Pearce quickly recovers. 
Lanza lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.

Pearce lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Pearce digs in a right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Lanza lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Pearce almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Lanza is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  As Pearce tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Lanza dabs at his face checking for damage.

Lanza switches the action to the outside and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  He then lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Lanza lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Lanza lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.

Lanza is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.  Lanza connects with a nasty right uppercut.  PEARCE IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  THE COUNT REACHES 10, BUT PEARCE IS UNABLE TO GET UP!  The winner by KO is Lanza!
