Cruz Cuba vs Jose Licea

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Mexico State promoted show at Jax Lusco Gym, Tlalnepantla,  taking place on 25/05/2043:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Mexico State Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cruz Cuba (5 - 7 - 2) who hails from Tlalnepantla, Mexico and Jose Licea(1 - 7 - 2) from Chimalhuacan, Mexico.  Cuba weighed in at 140 pounds And 10 ounces, while Licea weighed in at 140 pounds.    As Cuba came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Oleos Laguardia, and the three ringside judges are Carlos Mazariegos, Federico Villegas and Felippe Minier.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Licea has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
Licea closes the distance.  Licea goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref stops the action and gives Cuba time to recover.

Licea advances into close range.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Licea dabs at his face checking for damage.
