Kris Towns vs Mick Bryce

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Arkansas promoted show at Little Rock Down, Little Rock,  taking place on 03/06/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Arkansas Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kris Towns (26(18) - 6(2)) who hails from Little Rock, USA and Mick Bryce(13 - 12 - 1) from Little Rock, USA.  Towns weighed in at 139 pounds and 12 ounces, while Bryce weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gethin Nethery, and the three ringside judges are William Ballentine, Richard Ravens and Michael Bell.

Towns stalks forward with a low guard, trying to draw a lead from his opponent.  Bryce attempts to land a cross, but Towns slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Towns is looking to keep his distance and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Bryce walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Bryce pivots from in front of his opponent.  Towns hits home with a cross.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Bryce's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Bryce's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Bryce's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.
