Dave Seff vs Yanko á Savinov

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Colisee de Quebec, Quebec City,  taking place on 20/06/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dave Seff (13(10) - 0) who hails from Brampton, Canada and Yanko á Savinov(2 - 2) from Sofia, Bulgaria.  Both Seff and Savinov weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bruce Hathorne, and the three ringside judges are Severin Duchesnay, Michael Patillo and Briar Gide.  

Round 1:

Seff manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Seff lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.

Savinov quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Seff lands a right hook followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Seff closes the distance and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Seff ties up his opponent.  Seff throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The referee breaks up the clinch and lectures Seff to stop holding.  
Seff advances into close range and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  He then lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Seff drives a weighty left hook into Savinov's body.  IT LOOKS LIKE SAVINOV WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Savinov recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Savinov's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.

Seff closes the distance and drives a right hook into Savinov's body.  Seff ties up his opponent.  Seff tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Savinov behind the head. Seff is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Seff drives a solid left hook into Savinov's ribs.  
Seff is looking to close the distance and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Seff is on target with a solid left uppercut to Savinov's body.

Savinov steps away from his opponent.  Seff stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Seff lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body, AND SENDS SAVINOV SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 5.  Savinov now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Seff closes the distance and walks Savinov down, trapping him in the blue corner.  Seff is on target with a sharp left hook to his opponents liver.  SAVINOV IS HURT!  Savinov recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Seff lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Seff lands a left uppercut, right hook and a left uppercut to his opponents body.
