Rico Torrico vs Joaquin Ordaz

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Auditorio Nacional, Mexico City,  taking place on 20/06/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Rico Torrico (1 - 0) who hails from Mexico City, Mexico and Joaquin Ordaz(1 - 0) from Puebla, Mexico.  Both Torrico and Ordaz weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Aimon Campillo, and the three ringside judges are Cris Nepomuceno, Quito Tostado and Tajo Matos.  

Round 1: 

Torrico advances into close range and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  Torrico ties up his opponent.  Ordaz leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Torrico's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Torrico steps inside and throws a right hook, but his opponent steps away from the punch.  Torrico holds on to his opponent.  Torrico pushes his forearm into Ordaz's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Torrico lands with a spiteful jab.  
Torrico sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Ordaz throws a right uppercut, but Torrico clinches his opponent.  Ordaz is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Torrico hits home with a firm left hook.  Torrico holds on to his opponent.  Torrico pushes his forearm into Ordaz's face.  The referee warns Torrico and breaks the clinch.  
Torrico lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Torrico throws a right hook, but his opponent slips the punch.  Torrico holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Torrico pushes his forearm into Ordaz's face.  The referee warns Torrico and breaks the clinch.  
Torrico lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  Torrico ties up his opponent.  Ordaz pushes his forearm into Torrico's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Ordaz about fouling.  
Torrico lands a left uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  
Torrico lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Torrico lands a right uppercut to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a right hook to the body.

Torrico manouvers his opponent into a corner.  Torrico pivots to the side of his opponent.  Ordaz throws a left hook, but Torrico ties up his opponent.  Torrico throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref breaks Torrico's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Torrico steps inside and hits home with a left uppercut.  
Torrico drives a left uppercut into his opponents body.  
Torrico pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Torrico lands two consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Ordaz's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Ordaz's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Torrico steps inside.  Torrico pivots from in front of his opponent and digs in a right uppercut to Ordaz's ribcage.  
Torrico walks his opponent into a corner.  Torrico lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Torrico sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Torrico lands a right hook, left hook and a right uppercut to his opponents body.
