Sam Glenny vs Euan Gavin

Boxing Daily Report from the GOAT Promotions promoted show at Aurora Corse, Aurora,  taking place on 10/06/2043:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-Colorado Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sam Glenny (13 - 26(3) - 5) who hails from Denver, USA and Euan Gavin(18 - 8(3)) from Colorado Springs, USA.  Glenny weighed in at 129 pounds and 5 ounces, while Gavin weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mike Telfair, and the three ringside judges are Owen Simpson, Mark Mostyn and Alen Greenlaw.  

Round 1: 

Gavin closes the distance.  Gavin lands a left hook to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a left hook to the head.  Glenny wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Gavin dabs at his face checking for damage.
