Alfonso Gaona vs Zenon Romano

Boxing Daily Report from the Shakalongo Promotions promoted show at Barquisimeto Alcoser, Barquisimeto,  taking place on 08/06/2043:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Venezuela-Lara Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alfonso Gaona (28(7) - 3(3)) who hails from Barquisimeto, Venezuela and Zenon Romano(6 - 5 - 2) from Barquisimeto, Venezuela.  Gaona weighed in at 126 pounds and 10 ounces, while Romano weighed in at 126 pounds.    As Gaona came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Gonzalo Bedoya, and the three ringside judges are Juan Mateo, Diego Urbano and Kiki Mate.
