Bruce MacNab vs David Martie

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Australia-Queensland promoted show at Brisbane Hogan, Brisbane,  taking place on 17/06/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia-Queensland Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Bruce MacNab (13 - 9 - 3) who hails from Brisbane, Australia and David Martie(24(18) - 2 - 1(NC)) from Townsville, Australia.  Both MacNab and Martie weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Charlie Cacciari, and the three ringside judges are Mark Elgin, Sammy Feamster and Fraser McNabb.  

Round 1: 

Martie digs in a solid left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Martie lands a sharp right hook.  Martie clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Martie pushes his forearm into MacNab's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Martie quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook.  
Martie closes the distance and drives a sharp left hook into MacNab's body.  
Martie quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Martie advances into close range and digs in a stinging right hook to his opponents body.  MACNAB WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  MacNab almost instantly recovers. 
MacNab attempts to land a cross, but Martie sidesteps and counters with a stinging right hook.  
Martie closes the distance and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  He then lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  Martie clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Martie pushes his forearm into MacNab's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Martie to stop fouling.  
Martie connects with a right hook.  Martie holds on to his opponent.  Martie leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. As they grapple, MacNab pushes his forearm into Martie's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Martie lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Martie cuts off the ring, trapping MacNab in the corner.  Martie lands a left uppercut to the head, a right hook to the body and a left uppercut to the body.  
MacNab tries to keep the action at long range and tries to land a cross, but Martie blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Martie throws a right uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
MacNab switches the action to the outside.  Martie is on target with a solid cross.  
Martie lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  Martie holds on to his opponent.  Martie leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Martie hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Martie cuts off the ring, trapping MacNab in a corner.  Martie lands a left uppercut.  
MacNab tries to keep the action at long range.  Martie connects with a firm cross.  
Martie closes the distance and lands a left hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a left uppercut to the head.  
Martie connects with a firm right hook.  
MacNab throws a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a stinging left uppercut.  
Martie closes the distance and lands a left uppercut followed by  two right hooks to his opponents head.  
Martie steps inside and lands a right uppercut.

Martie tries to land a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.

Martie lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
MacNab is looking to keep his distance.  Martie lands a jab.  
Martie closes the distance and walks MacNab into a corner.  Martie lands a left uppercut to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a right hook to the head.
