Jaguar Alvarez vs Juan Cruz

Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at Inglewood Forum, Los Angeles,  taking place on 09/07/2043:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the North American Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jaguar Alvarez (18(10) - 0) who hails from Soledad de Graciano Sanchez, Mexico and Juan Cruz(41(32) - 9(2)) from Havana, Cuba.  Alvarez weighed in at 112 pounds, while Cruz weighed in at 112 pounds And 13 ounces.    As Cruz came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Blake Latta, and the three ringside judges are Leon Lynn, Sam Gaddie and Hassan Khalid.
