Ashley Peden vs Jun Shiro

Boxing Daily Report from the Hands Promotions promoted show at Memorial Coliseum, Los Angeles,  taking place on 18/07/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ashley Peden (71(41) - 4 - 1 - 1(NC)) who hails from Kingston, Jamaica and Jun The Lightning Shiro(64(48) - 20(18)) from Fuji, Japan.  Both Peden and Shiro weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kiki Aybar, and the three ringside judges are Josh Butchart, Mark Pizarro and John Vaughn.  

Round 1: 

Shiro closes the distance.  Peden lands a solid right hook.  Peden throws a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.

Peden connects with a stinging left hook.  Peden clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Peden pushes his forearm into Shiro's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Peden.

Peden steps away from his opponent.  Peden feints a cross, tricking Shiro into throwing a right uppercut counter.  Peden springs the trap and counters with  a firm cross.  
Shiro gets on the inside.  Peden attempts to land a left uppercut, but Shiro sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Peden switches the action to the outside and lands an overhand right, jab and a cross to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Shiro is looking to close the distance.  The right shot from Peden could be enough to force the stoppage!  Peden lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a cross, right uppercut and a cross to his opponents head, AND SENDS SHIRO TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 5.  It looks like Shiro has now recovered from that shot earlier.

Peden tries to keep the action at long range.  Shiro sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Shiro tries to land a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a VICIOUS cross.  SHIRO IS HURT!  
Some sustained pressure from Peden could be enough to finish Shiro!  Peden lands a cross followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head, AND SHIRO IS DOWN!  He unsteadily tries to get up but is unable to beat the 10 count!  The winner by KO is Peden!
