Joe Eck vs Waqas Abdul

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ghana-Northern Ghana promoted show at Tamale Quainoo, Tamale,  taking place on 25/06/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Ghana-Northern Ghana Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joe Eck (10(8) - 0) who hails from Tamale, Ghana and Waqas Abdul(6 - 14(2) - 4) from Tamale, Ghana.  Eck weighed in at 146 pounds And 5 ounces, while Abdul weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fraser Habe, and the three ringside judges are Obiajulu Alhassan, Sam Adabor and Tamarius Moyoyo.

Eck pivots from in front of his opponent.  Eck throws a left uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps.  Eck holds on to his opponent.  Eck leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Eck's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Abdul steps inside.  Eck quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Abdul tries to land a right uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a sharp left uppercut.

Abdul gets on the inside.  Eck throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps.  Eck holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Eck pushes his forearm into Abdul's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Eck about fouling.
