Gavin Donnelly vs Paul Murphy

Boxing Daily Report from the Plunder Boxing promoted show at SSE Hydro, Glasgow,  taking place on 06/07/2043:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the British Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Gavin Donnelly (13(3) - 0) who hails from Glasgow, UK and Paul Murphy(11 - 11(1) - 5) from Sheffield, UK.  Both Donnelly and Murphy weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is David Hall, and the three ringside judges are John McVicker, Gordon Arnott and Peter McWethy.  

Round 1: 

Donnelly lands a double jab to his opponents head.

Donnelly steps away from his opponent and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.

Murphy throws a right hook, but Donnelly clinches his opponent.  Murphy uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Donnelly behind the head. Donnelly leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. As they grapple, Murphy pushes his forearm into Donnelly's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Donnelly steps inside and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  He then lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Donnelly steps inside and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.

Murphy steps inside.  Donnelly digs in a solid left hook to his opponents body.

Donnelly advances into close range.  Murphy throws a left uppercut, but Donnelly holds on to his opponent.  Murphy hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. 
Donnelly steps inside and drives a left hook into Murphy's body.  
Donnelly drives a left hook into his opponents liver.  
Donnelly tries to step out of his opponents range and lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  
Murphy throws a right uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a solid cross.  
Donnelly switches the action to the outside and lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Murphy gets on the inside.  Donnelly lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Donnelly dabs at his face checking for damage.
