Brandon Curran vs Ciaran Cary

Boxing Daily Report from the Iain Llewellyn promoted show at National Stadium, Dublin,  taking place on 12/07/2043:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Brandon Curran (18 - 2) who hails from Cork, Ireland and Ciaran Cary(12 - 15(3) - 2) from Dublin, Ireland.  Both Curran and Cary weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fionn Donnell, and the three ringside judges are Michael Sloan, Shamus Quirke and Shane MacNevin.  

Round 1: 

Curran lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Curran closes the distance and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by two left hook's to the head.  
Curran connects with a cross.  
Curran tries to keep the action at long range.  Curran sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Curran tries to land a cross, but Cary blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Curran pivots from in front of his opponent and is on target with a hurtful cross to Cary's body.  CARY WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Cary quickly recovers. 
Cary pivots to the right of his opponent.  Cary attempts to land a jab, but Curran slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Curran gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Curran holds on to his opponent.  Curran leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Curran lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the head and a right uppercut to the body.  
Cary throws a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Cary is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Curran lands a firm overhand left.  
Curran pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Curran is on target with a cross.  
Cary pivots to the right of his opponent and hits home with a cross.  
Curran advances into close range.  Curran quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.

Cary is looking to keep his distance.  Curran sidesteps to the left of his opponent and hits home with a solid cross.  
Curran lands with a stiff jab.  
Cary tries to land a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Cary sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Curran lands a jab to Cary's body.  
Cary pivots from in front of his opponent.  Cary throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a firm cross.

Curran steps inside.  Cary throws a left hook, but Curran ties up his opponent.  Curran pushes his forearm into Cary's face.  The ref breaks Curran's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Curran closes the distance and hits home with a stinging left hook.  
Curran gets on the inside and forces Cary to retreat onto the ropes.  Curran pivots to the right of his opponent and hits home with a firm left uppercut.  
Curran sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Cary lands a jab.  
Curran steps away from his opponent and is on target with a spiteful jab.  
Curran is looking to close the distance.  Curran sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Cary recovers before his opponent can take advantage.

Curran sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Curran lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  He then lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body, AND DROPS CARY TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  
Curran tries to keep the action at long range.  Curran whips in a spiteful right uppercut to his opponents ribs.  CARY IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  
At the end of Round 3, lets listen in on the corners...Cary's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Cary's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Cary sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Curran lands consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents body, AND DOWN GOES CARY!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  Cary quickly recovers.
