Mark Lawrie vs Brett Touch

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Bahamas-New Providence promoted show at Nassau Grant, Nassau,  taking place on 16/07/2043:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Bahamas-New Providence Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mark Lawrie (26(7) - 12(2) - 2) who hails from Nassau, Bahamas and Brett Touch(2 - 15(1) - 3) from Nassau, Bahamas.  Both Lawrie and Touch weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Daniel Jones, and the three ringside judges are Andy Reece, Matt Dawe and Harry Hush.  

Round 1: 

Lawrie pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right uppercut to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  
Lawrie hits home with a left uppercut.  
Lawrie forces Touch to back into the corner.  Lawrie quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and connects with a right hook.  
Lawrie lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Lawrie pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Lawrie hits home with a sharp left hook.  
Lawrie drives a stinging right hook into Touch's body.  
Touch throws a right hook, but Lawrie holds on to his opponent.  Touch leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Lawrie's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Lawrie retreats back to the ropes, and waits for his opponent to attack.  Touch is whaling away with hooks, but Lawrie keeps his defence tight.
