Stephen Mains vs Davie Friel

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Australia-Queensland promoted show at Malcolm Duffy Gym, Sunshine Coast,  taking place on 17/07/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia-Queensland Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Stephen Mains (3 - 7 - 2) who hails from Brisbane, Australia and Davie Friel(4(1) - 1) from Townsville, Australia.  Mains weighed in at 130 pounds, while Friel weighed in at 129 pounds and 3 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Mark Elgin, and the three ringside judges are Mark Lockie, Johnny Omans and William Sangster.  

Round 1:
