Wayne Darmian vs Paul Weir

Boxing Daily Report from the Phala Promotions promoted show at Adelaide McCargar, Adelaide,  taking place on 17/07/2043:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia-South Australia Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Wayne Darmian (9(2) - 0) who hails from Adelaide, Australia and Paul Weir(4 - 4(1)) from Adelaide, Australia.  Darmian weighed in at 200 pounds, while Weir weighed in at 199 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ben Samaras, and the three ringside judges are Floyd MacFarlane, Alec Mitro and Kian Pugh.  

Round 1: 

Weir throws a right uppercut, but Darmian ties up his opponent.  Darmian is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Darmian to stop fouling.
