Nwa Kosencha vs Kieran Kaberere

Boxing Daily Report from the African Boxing Kingdom promoted show at Nyayo National Stadium, Nairobi,  taking place on 31/08/2043:

Clearly African Boxing Kingdom have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Eastern African Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Nwa Kosencha (29(20) - 3(1) - 1) who hails from Mombasa, Kenya and Kieran Kaberere(24 - 14(8) - 4) from Kisumu, Kenya.  Both Kosencha and Kaberere weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Scott Merande, and the three ringside judges are Rob Birdi, Leon Cassam and LeBron Naikuni.  

Round 1: 

Kosencha closes the distance.  Kaberere throws a right hook, but Kosencha clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Kosencha pushes his forearm into Kaberere's face.  The referee warns Kosencha and breaks the clinch.  
Kaberere throws a left hook, but Kosencha holds on to his opponent.  Kosencha is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Kosencha lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Kosencha gets on the inside and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Kosencha drives a sharp left hook into his opponents ribs.  
Kaberere manouvers Kosencha onto the ropes.  Kaberere is on target with a left hook to Kosencha's body.  Kaberere attempts to land a right uppercut, but Kosencha blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Kaberere connects with a cross.  
Kosencha digs in a sharp right hook to Kaberere's body.  
Kosencha lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Kosencha is on target with a left hook to Kaberere's body.  
Kosencha is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents body.  Kosencha ties up his opponent.  Kosencha is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Kosencha's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Kosencha whips in a big right hook to Kaberere's body.  KABERERE IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  
Kaberere connects with a right hook.  Kosencha holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Kaberere pushes his forearm into Kosencha's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Kosencha walks Kaberere into the corner.  Kosencha lands a right hook to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a right uppercut to the body.  
Kosencha lands a cross followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Kosencha closes the distance and is on target with a sharp left hook.  
Kosencha advances into close range and lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Kaberere is on target with a left hook.  Kaberere tries to land a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Kaberere's trainer is telling his fighter to tighten his defence.

Kaberere throws a right hook, but Kosencha holds on to his opponent.  Kosencha leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Kaberere throws a left uppercut, but Kosencha clinches his opponent.  Kosencha is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Kosencha steps inside and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Kosencha sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Kosencha lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a left uppercut to the body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Kosencha holds on to his opponent.  Kosencha uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Kaberere's kidney. Kaberere recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Kosencha feints a cross, and then is on target with a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Kosencha lands a left uppercut, right uppercut and a right hook to his opponents body, AND KABERERE IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 6.  
Kosencha thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Kaberere away.  Kosencha lands a left uppercut to the head followed by two right hook's to the body.  He follows up the attack and lands a right uppercut, right hook and a left hook to his opponents body.  
Kosencha slams a DEVASTATING right uppercut into Kaberere's body.  KABERERE HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  THE REF DOES NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH THE COUNT...HE'S SEEN ENOUGH AND HAS STOPPED THE FIGHT!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Kosencha!
