Boxing Daily Report from the Colby Productions promoted show at Max Moyoyo Gym, Accra,  taking place on 20/07/2043:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Armani Asamoah (1 - 0) who hails from Tamale, Ghana and Ontibile Owusu(4 - 18 - 2) from Accra, Ghana.  Both Asamoah and Owusu weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kabonero Gyimah, and the three ringside judges are Kabonesa Kotei, Keshawn Abadamloora and Jake Biekro.  

Round 1: 

Owusu steps inside.  Asamoah lands a left hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.

Asamoah hits home with a left hook.  Asamoah clinches his opponent.  Asamoah tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Owusu's kidney. Asamoah is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Asamoah's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Asamoah quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Asamoah steps inside and lands a stinging left uppercut.  
Asamoah lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Owusu's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Owusu's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Owusu's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.
