Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Anhui promoted show at Kong Zhuang Gym, Hefei,  taking place on 23/07/2043:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the China-Anhui Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ye Ou (6(4) - 1) who hails from Hefei, China and Cong Binh(4 - 0) from Fuyang, China.  Ou weighed in at 118 pounds, while Binh weighed in at 117 pounds and 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Jun Shia, and the three ringside judges are Li Mao, Yuan Lien and HuiK'o Tong.
