Fumio Takagi vs Hideki Kida

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Chiba promoted show at Matsudo Seto, Matsudo,  taking place on 27/07/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Chiba Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Fumio Takagi (14(3) - 3) who hails from Chiba, Japan and Hideki Kida(18 - 8(2) - 2) from Funabashi, Japan.  Both Takagi and Kida weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kaede Ishimoto, and the three ringside judges are Takeo Nakanishi, Daiki Fujimura and Michi Anzai.  

Round 1: 

Takagi closes the distance and is on target with a right hook to Kida's ribcage.  
Kida is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands an overhand right.

Kida now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.
