Quiqui Mino vs Ora Olmeda

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Paraguay-Asuncion promoted show at Asuncion Rascon, Asuncion,  taking place on 31/07/2043:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Paraguay-Asuncion Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Quiqui Mino (9 - 14 - 3) who hails from Asuncion, Paraguay and Ora Olmeda(9 - 6(1) - 1) from Asuncion, Paraguay.  Mino weighed in at 135 pounds, while Olmeda weighed in at 135 pounds and 13 ounces.    As Olmeda came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Eduardo Lugar, and the three ringside judges are Zelipe Colmenares, Montel Macias and Eduardo Lugar.  

Round 1: 

Mino lands a cross followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Olmeda pivots to the right of his opponent and connects with a left uppercut.  
Olmeda closes the distance and connects with a right hook.  
Olmeda cuts off the ring, trapping Mino on the ropes.  Olmeda is on target with a left hook.  
Mino tries to step out of his opponents range.  Mino circles his opponent with a low guard, waiting for his opponent to attack.  Olmeda lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Olmeda advances into close range and lands a left uppercut.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Mino's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Mino's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Olmeda's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.

Olmeda gets on the inside.  Olmeda pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right hook.  
Mino lands a cross.  
Mino connects with a left hook.  
Olmeda closes the distance.  Olmeda is on target with a right hook.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Mino dabs at his face checking for damage.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Mino.  That has caused slight damage to the nose.  
Olmeda lands a left uppercut.
