Elias Marcial vs Edmundo Merlo

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uruguay-Montevideo promoted show at Montevideo Calleja, Montevideo,  taking place on 04/08/2043:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Uruguay-Montevideo Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Elias Marcial (34 - 9(3) - 1) who hails from Montevideo, Uruguay and Edmundo Merlo(5 - 7(2) - 3) from Montevideo, Uruguay.  Marcial weighed in at 111 pounds and 15 ounces, while Merlo weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ximen Bermudes, and the three ringside judges are Angel Nevarez, Cuba Leiva and Seferino Moises.
