Boxing Daily Report from the Dubango Promotions promoted show at Memphis McColloch, Memphis,  taking place on 06/08/2043:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Tennessee Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Justin Kidd (6 - 9(1) - 2) who hails from Nashville, USA and Josh McVean(4 - 3 - 1) from Memphis, USA.  Kidd weighed in at 125 pounds And 2 ounces, while McVean weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Clint Blagg, and the three ringside judges are Ian Dean, Paul Cruikshank and Chris Byars.
