Beltran Interiano vs Rio Vera

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Venezuela-Bolivar promoted show at Ciudad Guayana Rozas, Ciudad Guayana,  taking place on 15/08/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Venezuela Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Meridiano TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Beltran Interiano (48(44) - 10(7)) who hails from Ciudad Bolivar, Venezuela and Rio Vera(17 - 12 - 3) from Valencia, Venezuela.  Interiano weighed in at 130 pounds, while Vera weighed in at 129 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Diego Pina, and the three ringside judges are Sierra Alanis, Loredo Chirinos and Joaquin Abrigo.  

Round 1: 

Interiano advances into close range.  Vera throws a left hook, but Interiano ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Interiano pushes his forearm into Vera's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Interiano to stop fouling.  
Interiano lands a left hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the head.  
Interiano lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  Interiano ties up his opponent.  Interiano leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Interiano walks Vera down, trapping him on the ropes.  Interiano lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Interiano digs in a left hook to his opponents liver.  
Interiano lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  Interiano clinches his opponent.  Interiano is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Interiano is on target with a VICIOUS left hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE VERA WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Vera quickly recovers. 
Interiano closes the distance and whips in a big left uppercut to his opponents liver.  VERA IS HURT!  Vera almost instantly recovers. 
Interiano gets on the inside and lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Vera closes the distance.  Interiano lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  Interiano clinches his opponent.  Interiano leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Interiano is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Interiano lands a right hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Vera finds the target with a jab.  
Interiano advances into close range and digs in a sharp left hook to Vera's body.  
Interiano pivots to the right of his opponent and is on target with a sharp right hook to his opponents body.  
Interiano lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Interiano lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs.  Interiano clinches his opponent.  Interiano is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Interiano lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Interiano walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Vera throws a left hook, but Interiano clinches his opponent.  Interiano is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Interiano's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Interiano is on target with a firm left hook to Vera's liver.  Interiano ties up his opponent.  Interiano leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Interiano tries to land a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.

Round 2: 

Interiano crashes a spiteful left hook to Vera's liver.  VERA IS HURT!  
Interiano is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.  Interiano lands a left uppercut to the body, a right hook to the body and a right uppercut to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a right uppercut followed by  two left uppercuts to his opponents body, AND DROPS VERA TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 5.  
Interiano walks Vera onto the ropes.  Interiano whips in a spiteful left uppercut to his opponents body.  VERA IS DOWN!  He manages to get up at 6.  It looks like Vera has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Interiano steps inside and lands a left uppercut to the head, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Interiano lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Vera almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Interiano lands a right uppercut followed by  two left hooks to his opponents body, AND DROPS VERA!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  
Vera could be stopped here, if Interiano can find the right shot!  Interiano lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body, KNOCKING VERA DOWN!  The ref does not give Vera the chance to beat the count...The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Interiano!
