Gdrij Ilandryan vs Vahe Isagholyan

Boxing Daily Report from the Only Good Fights promoted show at Yerevan Chatoyan, Yerevan,  taking place on 18/08/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Armenia Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Armenia TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Gdrij Ilandryan (22(15) - 2) who hails from Yerevan, Armenia and Vahe Isagholyan(13(2) - 2 - 2) from Yerevan, Armenia.  Both Ilandryan and Isagholyan weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Charents Mahtesyan, and the three ringside judges are Artun Indgeian, Penik Ormanian and Hrayr Ismailyan.  

Round 1: 

Ilandryan sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a jab to the body followed by a overhand left to the head.  
Isagholyan steps inside and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Ilandryan snaps his opponents head back with a hard jab.  Ilandryan attempts to land a cross, but Isagholyan sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut to Ilandryan's ribs.  
Ilandryan tries to land a left uppercut, but Isagholyan blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Ilandryan switches the action to the outside.  Isagholyan tries to land a cross, but Ilandryan dodges the shot and counters with a sharp left uppercut.  
Isagholyan advances into close range and walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  Isagholyan is on target with a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Ilandryan feints a jab, fooling Isagholyan into launching a left hook counter.  Ilandryan springs the trap, countering with  a right hook.  
Ilandryan is looking to keep the action on the outside and hits home with a spiteful jab.  
Ilandryan quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a jab to the body, an overhand left to the head and a cross to the body.  
Isagholyan lands a jab to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Ilandryan tries to keep the action at long range and hits home with a sharp cross.  
Ilandryan lands a cross followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
Ilandryan is looking for the shot to finish his opponent.  Ilandryan lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a cross to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a double left hook to his opponents head, AND DROPS ISAGHOLYAN TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 6.  It looks like Isagholyan has now recovered from that shot earlier.

Isagholyan advances into close range.  Isagholyan pivots to the right of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.

Isagholyan is looking to close the distance.  Ilandryan lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Ilandryan is looking to keep his distance.  Ilandryan quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a jab to the body, a jab to the head and a cross to the head.  
Isagholyan forces Ilandryan to retreat onto the ropes.  Isagholyan sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Ilandryan lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Ilandryan digs in a stinging right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Ilandryan lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.

Ilandryan steps to the outside.  Isagholyan throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a MASSIVE left uppercut.  ISAGHOLYAN WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Isagholyan advances into close range and cuts off the ring, trapping Ilandryan on the ropes.  Ilandryan knows Isagholyan is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Ilandryan connects with a spiteful right hook.  ISAGHOLYAN IS DOWN!  HE REMAINS ON THE CANVAS AS THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Ilandryan!
