Boxing Daily Report from the Ognjen promoted show at Los Angeles Arias, Los Angeles,  taking place on 21/08/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Juan Palomo (12(10) - 0) who hails from Ecatepec, Mexico and Paul Heriot(1 - 3(1) - 1) from Salt Lake City, USA.  Palomo weighed in at 118 pounds, while Heriot weighed in at 117 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Sam Hasson, and the three ringside judges are Dominic Owen, David Ness and Yasin Hashemi.  

Round 1: 

Palomo lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  Palomo clinches his opponent.  Palomo leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Palomo's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Palomo lands a right hook to the head followed by two left hook's to the body.  Palomo holds on to his opponent.  Palomo is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Palomo to stop fouling.  
Palomo lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Palomo crashes a big left hook to his opponents body.  IT LOOKS LIKE HERIOT WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Heriot almost instantly recovers. 
Palomo digs in a left hook to his opponents ribs.  Palomo ties up his opponent.  Palomo leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Palomo is looking to close the distance and digs in a stinging right hook to Heriot's body.  
Palomo gets on the inside and drives a right hook into his opponents body.  Palomo holds on to his opponent.  Palomo throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Palomo lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Palomo advances into close range.  Palomo quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a left uppercut.  
Palomo digs in a sharp left hook to Heriot's liver.  Palomo ties up his opponent.  Palomo leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Palomo walks his opponent down, trapping him in the blue corner.  Palomo throws a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Palomo drives a stinging left hook into his opponents liver.  
Palomo gets on the inside and lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Heriot recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Palomo closes the distance and walks his opponent into a neutral corner.  Palomo lands a right hook, left hook and a right hook to his opponents body.  
Palomo lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  He then lands consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body.  Palomo clinches his opponent.  Palomo is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Palomo digs in a firm left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Palomo steps inside and drives a powerful left hook into Heriot's body.  IT LOOKS LIKE HERIOT WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Heriot recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Heriot's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Heriot's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.

Palomo lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the head, AND DOWN GOES HERIOT!  He manages to get up at 4.  Palomo clinches his opponent.  Palomo leans on his opponent using all his weight. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Palomo to stop holding.  
Heriot could be stopped here, if Palomo can find the right shot!  Palomo lands a left hook followed by a cross to his opponents head, AND SENDS HERIOT TO THE CANVAS!  He fails to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Palomo!
