Zafa Hendou vs Ibrahim Fergani

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Algeria-Annaba promoted show at Annaba Rahmani, Annaba,  taking place on 23/08/2043:

Clearly AI Algeria-Annaba have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Algeria-Annaba Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Zafa Hendou (18 - 19(3) - 3) who hails from Annaba, Algeria and Ibrahim Fergani(4 - 17 - 1) from Annaba, Algeria.  Hendou weighed in at 146 pounds and 15 ounces, while Fergani weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ibrahim Mehri, and the three ringside judges are Jawad Maiza, Gazi Hamdi and Tariq Salem.
