Rob Bimi vs Lavaughn Dauda

Boxing Daily Report from the Lamptey Promotions promoted show at Accra Danquah, Accra,  taking place on 24/08/2043:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ghana-Greater Accra Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rob Bimi (14 - 17 - 6) who hails from Accra, Ghana and Lavaughn Dauda(16 - 17 - 3) from Accra, Ghana.  Both Bimi and Dauda weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Neil Sribor, and the three ringside judges are Leighton Kwei, Felix Kasanbata and Kabonesa Kotei.  

Round 1: 

Dauda switches the action to the outside.  Bimi sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Dauda tries to land a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Bimi steps inside.  Dauda hits home with a right uppercut.  
Bimi manouvers his opponent into a corner.  Bimi pivots from in front of his opponent and connects with a right hook.  
Bimi closes the distance.  Bimi pivots to the side of his opponent.  Dauda hits home with a left hook.  
Dauda stalks forward with a low guard, trying to draw a lead from his opponent.  Bimi lands an overhand left.
