Boxing Daily Report from the AI Colombia-Bolivar promoted show at Discoteca El Escandalo, Cartagena,  taking place on 23/08/2043:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Colombia-Bolivar Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hilario Zaragoza (24(14) - 11(2) - 2) who hails from Magangue, Colombia and Iago Mina(8 - 2(1)) from Magangue, Colombia.  Both Zaragoza and Mina weighed in at 140 pounds.
