Nao Okubo vs Aki Sasaki

Boxing Daily Report from the Japan’s Boxing promoted show at Kazuhiko Miura Gym, Nagoya,  taking place on 26/08/2043:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Aichi Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nao Okubo (3 - 1 - 1) who hails from Nagoya, Japan and Aki Sasaki(3 - 3 - 2) from Nagoya, Japan.  Both Okubo and Sasaki weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Aoi Imada, and the three ringside judges are Raiden Shimamoto, Hideki Kawasaki and Satoshi Mochizuki.  

Round 1: 

Sasaki is looking to close the distance and attempts to land a left hook, but Okubo sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Sasaki hits home with a right hook.  
Sasaki advances into close range.  Okubo pivots from in front of his opponent.  Okubo attempts to land a right hook, but Sasaki slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Okubo gets on the inside.  Sasaki lands a right uppercut.  
Sasaki throws a right hook, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Sasaki lands a jab.  
Okubo drives a cross into his opponents body.  
Sasaki lands a right hook, left hook and a left uppercut to his opponents head.

Sasaki closes the distance and is on target with a left uppercut to Okubo's ribs.
