Daiki Shimomura vs Isamu Chinen

Boxing Daily Report from the Japan’s Boxing promoted show at Shinji Sugimoto Gym, Nagoya,  taking place on 26/08/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Japan-Aichi Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Daiki Shimomura (8 - 17(1) - 6) who hails from Ichinomiya, Japan and Isamu Chinen(5 - 8 - 5) from Nagoya, Japan.  Shimomura weighed in at 146 pounds and 1 ounces, while Chinen weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Yuji Okamoto, and the three ringside judges are Yuji Shiroma, Raiden Matsui and Daiki Onishi.

Chinen throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action and gives Shimomura time to recover.

Shimomura sidesteps to the right of his opponent andAs the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Shimomura has taken some damage there.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Shimomura's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Chinen's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.
