Kyland Piel vs Alhsom Dahm

Boxing Daily Report from the HONEYPUNCH promoted show at Hanse Messe Stadthalle, Magdeburg,  taking place on 26/09/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Germany Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky Sport Deutschland, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Kyland Piel (49(45) - 6(3) - 1) who hails from Lubeck, Germany and Alhsom Dahm(10 - 9(5)) from Wuppertal, Germany.  Piel weighed in at 139 pounds and 13 ounces, while Dahm weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Arness Gehrig, and the three ringside judges are Ekerd Jentzsch, Leopold Genzel and Erhard Gielow.  

Round 1: 

Piel pivots to the left of his opponent and digs in a stinging left uppercut to Dahm's body.  
Piel gets on the inside.  Dahm pivots to the right of his opponent.  Piel whips in a nasty right uppercut to his opponents body.  DAHM WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Dahm recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Piel is on target with a sharp right hook.  
Piel tries to land a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Piel is on target with a left hook to his opponents liver.  Piel ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Piel pushes his forearm into Dahm's face.  The ref breaks Piel's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Dahm throws a left uppercut, but Piel clinches his opponent.  Piel is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Piel is on target with a solid right hook.  Piel clinches his opponent.  Piel is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Piel.  
Piel steps inside and lands a left uppercut.  
Piel lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  
Piel is looking to close the distance and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Piel lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Piel lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  He then lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND DROPS DAHM TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  Piel ties up his opponent.  Piel pushes his forearm into Dahm's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  Dahm quickly recovers. 
Dahm steps to the outside.  Piel tries to land a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook to Piel's body.  
Piel gets on the inside and attempts to land a left hook, but Dahm slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Piel is looking to close the distance and lands two left hooks followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Piel lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Dahm recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Dahm is looking to keep his distance.  Piel lands an overhand left followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Piel steps inside and lands a firm left hook.  
Dahm throws a left hook, but Piel holds on to his opponent.  Piel is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Dahm voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Piel steps in throwing power shots but is unable to land cleanly.  
Piel closes the distance and lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Piel hits home with a firm right hook.  
Dahm tries to keep the action at long range.  Piel lands a cross to the body, and then to the head.  
Piel lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
Piel is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.  Piel lands two consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents head.  He then lands a left uppercut followed by a cross to his opponents head, AND DROPS DAHM!  He fails to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Piel!
