Spencer Hanton vs Rob Adduci

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Australia-New South Wales promoted show at Sydney Whitestone, Sydney,  taking place on 01/09/2043:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Australia-New South Wales Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Spencer Hanton (12 - 17(7) - 7) who hails from Sydney, Australia and Rob Adduci(3(1) - 1) from Sydney, Australia.  Hanton weighed in at 135 pounds, while Adduci weighed in at 134 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Hugh MacMaster, and the three ringside judges are Lee Lupian, Robert Callis and Paul Mull.  

Round 1: 

Adduci steps inside and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Adduci lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Adduci drives a stinging right hook into his opponents body.  
Adduci lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Adduci lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Adduci lands two left hook's to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Hanton steps away from his opponent and connects with a cross.  
Adduci hits home with a sharp left hook.  
Adduci gets on the inside.  Hanton sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Hanton throws a right uppercut, but Adduci clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Adduci pushes his forearm into Hanton's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Adduci.  
Adduci drives a left hook into his opponents ribs.  
Adduci closes the distance and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  Adduci holds on to his opponent.  Adduci throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. Hanton pushes his forearm into Adduci's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Adduci digs in a left hook to Hanton's body.  
Adduci lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Adduci digs in a right uppercut to Hanton's body.  
Adduci lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Adduci lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  Adduci holds on to his opponent.  Adduci uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Hanton behind the head. As they grapple, Adduci pushes his forearm into Hanton's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Adduci lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Adduci is on target with a left hook to his opponents liver.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Adduci dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Adduci lands a sharp cross.  
Adduci steps inside and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  Adduci holds on to his opponent.  Hanton is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Hanton's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Hanton's trainer is telling his fighter to tighten his defence.

Adduci knows it could take just a few clean shots to force the stoppage.  Adduci lands a cross to the head followed by two left uppercut's to the body, AND SENDS HANTON SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He unsteadily tries to get up but is unable to beat the 10 count!  The winner by KO is Adduci!
