Fedar Obukhov vs Krystiyan Kotlyar

Boxing Daily Report from the Ado Promotions promoted show at Melor Bilinski Gym, Kharkiv,  taking place on 03/09/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ukraine-Kharkiv Oblast Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Fedar Obukhov (2 - 11(1) - 3) who hails from Kharkiv, Ukraine and Krystiyan Kotlyar(28 - 7(3) - 1) from Kharkiv, Ukraine.  Obukhov weighed in at 146 pounds and 15 ounces, while Kotlyar weighed in at 146 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Toma Platko, and the three ringside judges are Lazar Kukura, Vitali Ivanowski and Dimi Filas.
