Zain Azad vs Shayan Hammoud

Boxing Daily Report from the Katusha Promotions promoted show at Shah Alam Noor, Shah Alam,  taking place on 04/09/2043:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Malaysia-Selangor Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Zain Azad (15(1) - 2(1)) who hails from Shah Alam, Malaysia and Shayan Hammoud(5 - 4) from Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.  Both Azad and Hammoud weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gethin Trinh, and the three ringside judges are Sajid Bari, Adnan Satter and Ananth Gangwar.  

Round 1: 

Azad drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Azad connects with a cross.  
Azad is looking to close the distance.  Azad pivots to the left of his opponent and connects with a left hook.  As Azad tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Hammoud dabs at his face checking for damage.

Hammoud's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Hammoud's trainer is passing on some tactical advice. Hammoud is starting to lose his head here!   He pushes his head into Azad's face...that looked intentional!  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.  The ref tells Hammoud to keep his head out of his opponents face.  He gives Azad time to recover.  
Azad gets on the inside.  Hammoud throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Azad lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Azad closes the distance and lands a left hook to the head, a left uppercut to the head and a left uppercut to the body.  
Azad feints a cross, fooling Hammoud into launching a right hook counter.  Azad springs the trap and counters with  a cross.
