Kai Cheves vs John Hewitt

Boxing Daily Report from the Darko Promotions promoted show at Vito Tomljanovic Gym, Knoxville,  taking place on 05/09/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Tennessee Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kai Cheves (14 - 15(2) - 5) who hails from Nashville, USA and John Hewitt(10(1) - 2) from Knoxville, USA.  Cheves weighed in at 159 pounds and 14 ounces, while Hewitt weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is James Nickson, and the three ringside judges are Leighton Taylor, Kris Breck and Clint Blagg.  

Round 1: 

Hewitt advances into close range and digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  
Hewitt drives a right hook into Cheves's ribs.
