Kir Semyonov vs Aleksandr Pavlov

Boxing Daily Report from the Chelelwa Promotions promoted show at Prokopyevsk Mozgov, Prokopyevsk,  taking place on 07/09/2043:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Russia-Kemerovo Oblast Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Russia, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kir Semyonov (24(1) - 7(1) - 2) who hails from Novokuznetsk, Russia and Aleksandr Pavlov(33(10) - 9 - 1) from Prokopyevsk, Russia.  Semyonov weighed in at 160 pounds, while Pavlov weighed in at 160 pounds and 10 ounces.    As Pavlov came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the titles on the line tonight.  
The referee tonight is Evgeny Kozel, and the three ringside judges are Boris Danilin, Valeri Emelianenko and Andrii Elin.
