Carlos Jacome vs Emanuel Melero

Boxing Daily Report from the Smokin Joe promoted show at Sofi Stadium, Los Angeles,  taking place on 24/10/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Carlos Bodysnatcher Jacome (15(14) - 1 - 1) who hails from Tijuana, Mexico and Emanuel Melero(28(11) - 8(4) - 1 - 1(NC)) from Buenos Aires, Argentina.  Jacome weighed in at 108 pounds, while Melero weighed in at 107 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Adam Paulin, and the three ringside judges are Ethan Queen, Zuffur Sylla and Joshua Veitch.

Melero digs in a right hook to Jacome's body.  
Jacome switches the action to the outside and connects with a stinging cross.  
Jacome drives a sharp right uppercut into his opponents ribs.  
Melero closes the distance.  Melero sidesteps to the left of his opponent and drives a right hook into his opponents ribs.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Jacome.  That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.

As they grapple, Jacome pushes his forearm into Melero's face.  The ref breaks Jacome's hold and signals for the fight to continue.
